Michelle Juneau, M.D.

As a Board Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Michelle L. Juneau has a wide range of experience in the field of dermatology. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Medicine and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining the practice, she was a resident in the Department of Dermatology at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, where her areas of study included mycology (skin fungus). She is active in many professional associations, including the American Academy of Dermatology and Women’s Dermatology Society as well as performs the dermatologic exams for Piedmont Hospital Executive Health Program. Dr. Juneau has been with Dermatology Consultants for over 10 years! Selected as Atlanta Magazine's Top Doctors, 2019, 2020 and 2021! And Castle Connolly's 2020, 2021 and 2023 Exceptional Women In Medicine Award.

Anjeli G. Laungani, M.D.

Dr. Anjeli G. Laungani is a board certified dermatologist. She serves as a diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Laungani completed her internship and dermatology residency training at the reputable Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Laungani specializes in general dermatology, dermatological surgery and cosmetic dermatology. She provides excellent and personalized patient care while addressing patient’s comprehensive needs. Prior to joining Dermatology Consultants, she held an academic faculty position in the Department of Dermatology at Henry Ford Hospital. Dr. Laungani has authored numerous articles and a book chapter, and she has presented on numerous occasions at the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting. She is a native of Buffalo, New York, and is married to Rajesh Laungani, MD, a urologist, and they raise their two children in Atlanta. Selected as Atlanta Magazine's 2019, 2020 & 2021 Top Doctors!

Michael Liu, M.D.

Dr. Michael Liu is a board-certified dermatologist, specializing as a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. His journey in medicine has been driven by a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives, particularly on providing specialized care to those facing skin cancer diagnoses. As a Mohs surgeon, his aim is not only to cure patients but to guide them through the journey with empathy and understanding. He has seen and understands the emotional and physical toll that skin conditions can take on individuals and their families. Dr. Liu's goal is to ensure that you feel valued and cared for throughout your skin cancer treatment, just like how he would treat a family member. "I hope to offer patients myself as not only a skilled Mohs surgeon but also a partner in their quest for healing."

Robert Borucki, M.D.

Board-certified Dermatologist, Dr. Robert Borucki graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Clemson University Honors College with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and minor in music. He attended the Medical University of South Carolina where he received the Mary D. Rich scholarship and was elected into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He completed a post-doctoral research fellowship in autoimmune skin diseases at the University of Pennsylvania, and his dermatology residency at the University of Nebraska. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and offers comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic care for his patients. In his spare time, Dr. Borucki enjoys playing the piano and guitar, traveling, yoga, skiing, fishing, and perfecting his homemade pizza recipe. He is excited to be back in the southeast caring for patients near where he grew up.

Jennifer Avaliani, PA-C

Jennifer B. Avaliani is a Certified Physician Assistant with a special interest in dermatology. She graduated with a Masters of Medical Science degree from Emory University’s Physician Assistant program with honors in 2001, and joined the practice in 2002. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistant Society. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys.

Hannah Humphrey, PA-C

Hannah is a board-certified physician assistant with a strong passion for dermatology. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning both a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. Hannah attended Mercer University’s Physician Assistant Program earning a Master of Medical Science. She is an active member of both the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA) and Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants (GDPA). Hannah enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kate Kaufman, PA-C

Kate Kaufman joined Dermatology Consultants in October of 2015. She is a board certified physician assistant with experience in medical dermatology and internal medicine. She graduated with a Masters of Medical Science degree from Emory University’s Physician Assistant program in 2010. In 2020 Kate completed the rigorous SDPA Diplomate Fellowship, the premier training program for PAs in the field of dermatology. Kate is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She enjoys spending time outside, playing tennis, cooking, and traveling with her children.

Chhavi Lal, PA-C

Chhavi A. Lal is a board-certified physician assistant who focuses on all aspects of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She graduated with distinction from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut in 2002 with a Masters of Medical Science degree, and joined the practice in 2003. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistant Society. She is married to Subodh Lal, M.D., a gastroenterologist in Cobb County. She enjoys traveling & spending time with her family.

Rob Whiddon, PA-C

Robert Whiddon, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant currently practicing Dermatology in Georgia. In addition to his understanding of complex medical dermatology, Mr. Whiddon has years of experience in cutaneous surgery, common dermatologic in-office procedures, and cosmetic services. Robert Whiddon, PA-C, completed his medical training at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. After the completion of his training and certification, Mr. Whiddon went on to complete a specialized working residency at Georgia Skin and Cancer Clinic in Savannah, Georgia. Mr. Whiddon’s professional interests include, analysis and management of chronic skin conditions, cutaneous oncology, and systemic dermatologic therapy.
